Most of our destinations are great year-round. In general, the best months to travel are from December to April for drier weather. However, traveling during shoulder or low season often means fewer crowds and better pricing. Our team can recommend the ideal timing based on your travel goals.

Airport transfers are not included in the concierge fee, but we can arrange private, safe, and punctual transportation for any group size at any time.
Our sweet spot to planning a trip is 2-3 months. This allows time for the draft itinerary to be created, reviewed and revised between our client and concierge team. That being said we have planned trips with 24-48 hours notice with flawless execution.
We accept all forms of payments in the US, Colombia and Mexico. You can pay via credit card and bank transfers in local currency, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. For large group trips or villas, we may require a deposit to secure your dates, followed by a final balance before arrival.
