I worked with Two Travel for my birthday trip to Cartagena. The team was very helpful and thorough during the planning stage. They were also very responsive and accommodating while we were in the city, making dinner reservations, scheduling ride-share trips, and even having items ordered to our villa. The team checked in regularly to make sure that things were running smoothly.

We also truly appreciated the housekeeper and security guard at our villa helping to make our stay even more comfortable.

My family used both sides of Casa/Villa Manila in Medellin which was great cause we were all together but not entirely. We rented the house to be walking distance to many different locations. We enjoyed this Villa to await my daughter’s Taty’s wedding so we rented from 12/26 thru 1/3.

The wiser generation of the family stayed in first floor section so they didn’t have to use stairs. The 2nd, 3rd and rooftop was used by the rest of us.

Patricia our angel on assignment made delicious breakfasts for us all almost everyday. She truly went above & beyond for us every single day. Must also mention Daniel our nightly security guard who was more like a knowledgeable local who helped us order food and helped us so much especially making us feel safe.

Look it’s hard to rent when you don’t know people but I’m grateful I trusted Ray over 8 months ago when we meet virtually and would definitely recommend this house and come back to this house. Also want to thank Julian the host & Xilene for tour & transportation suggestions and scheduling things for us and Leo for transportation help.

Every room has its own bathroom and AC. The house is cleaned daily by Patricia. There are two full laundry facilities and I loved that. I suggest closet spaces for longer stays but other than that it was great. So grateful that only one night there was loud music from a nightclub celebrating the Christmas & holiday season  but other than that nothing else but great vibes. So grateful for all of them.

Two Travel does it all!  I met the company in 2023 while planning my destination wedding in Cartagena.  They were incredible during the planning process and then UNBELIEVABLE when chaos occurred two weeks before the wedding- helping me find a new wedding venue and rearranging all our events.  Fast forward to my birthday celebration in Medellin this year- I had a group of 10 friends fly from all around the world meet up with me to celebrate.  Two Travel found us the villa, listened to our wish list and then supersized it, made sure we had everything we need on the trip- from food and alcohol, to housekeepers, hair stylists, chefs and tour guides, to even a real estate broker when we fell in love with the city.  They checked in on us at every turn, anticipating our needs and accommodated any changes in time and weather. Two Travel made our group trip to Cartagena unforgettable. Ray, Alia, and team went above and beyond to ensure we were always taken care of. They were responsive to every question and flexible with adjustments. The staff took a personal interest in our comfort, safety, and making sure we were well fed. From ATV rides and cigar rolling to bars, fine dining, and beach days, every activity felt thoughtfully planned. Even when small hiccups came up, the team worked quickly to make things right. We somewhat stumbled upon TwoTravel as we started the planning of our trip to Colombia and we are SO thankful that we did!  We started with picking lodging for Cartagena and Medellin and then decided to use their concierge services to help us plan the trip. This was hands down the best decision we made.  The lead concierge for both locations. Carolina and Daniela, met with me a few times over zoom to do the planning. I had no idea they would also be a part of our time in both cities. Upon arrival to our villa and penthouse, the lead concierge met us to go over the itinerary and make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. This was such comfort, given we were traveling with five kids- their first time in the country and we hadn’t been in nearly 20 years.
The team stayed in constant contact with us during our time, checking in regularly and making us feel welcomed and secure in every step of the process.
I was quite anxious about this trip, given we had never been to either city before and the concierge team made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. They arranged fabulous tour guides, timely and safe transportation, and made sure our lodgings were fully stocked and meeting our needs. We had an awesome time in Cartagena, and a big part of that was thanks to TwoTravel. They made planning the bachelor trip super easy and helped us get the most out of the city without any stress. From the airport pickup to the private boat day and all the nightlife recommendations, everything was smooth and well-organized.

The villa they arranged was perfect for our group, and they were always quick to respond if we had questions or needed help during the trip. You can tell they know the city really well and have great local connections.

Two Travel is truly a godsend for those traveling to Cartagena! Ray and his superstar team including Sr. Concierge, Alia, handled our trip planning with complete ease. We gave them the vision and they brought it to life. From lodging our bachelor group in a villa to making restaurant reservations and booking our activities and boating excursions, even ensuring smooth logistics for nightlife. They arranged for welcome bags to be made and throughout the weekend made sure we had everything we needed without breaking a sweat. Our group came to Cartagena to celebrate our best friend’s bachelor party, and I am so happy that he booked the Two Travel team to be our conscierge. I was beyond impressed with the accommodations they provided for us. The villa was comfortable, beautiful, and instantly felt like home. The in house staff was ready to spring into action from the moment we arrived to moments beyond our departure. Waking up to freshly made breakfast, fruit, and juice - requests for laundry or room cleaning - general maintenance of the house and spaces - ensuring we were safe and secure - the list goes on at how impressive Ingrid, Erika, Julio, and Juan were for us. I personally felt like family.

For the concierge - there was no request too big or small that they were unable/unwilling to accommodate. When we needed to know where to go, we got more than enough recommendations. When we needed extra drinks, they were delivered within an hour or 2. When I needed my hair braided, I had an appointment scheduled to come to the house. If something was broken, maintenance was there expeditiously to get it fixed. When we needed an IV to recover from the week, the nurse was at our door the next morning ready to provide what we needed.

Caro and Alia are both charming, witty, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Their love for their job and Cartagena are apparent in every conversation. Rafa knew all the ins and outs of Cartagenas nightlife. He provided places to go, good conversation, and made us feel secure when leaving and arriving back home. The whole team went above and beyond our entire trip. When I come back to Cartagena, there is no other team I’d rather have.
