Our concierge company was born in Cartagena under the name “Wonder Cartagena”, starting with just two team members and a vision to elevate the travel experience through personalized service.
We officially began operating as Two Travel and expanded our services to Tulum, Mexico. This year marked our first clients in the region and the growth of our team to four employees.
After the pandemic, we broadened our service offering with the launch of “Two Lovers” Weddings and Property Management Cartagena, while also opening operations in Medellin.
All of our products and services received outstanding market acceptance, driving extraordinary growth.
We began investing in our own properties, and our team expanded from 12 to 24 members. This year also marked the consolidation of our services in both Medellin and Mexico City.
We expanded to five owned properties and two leased ones across Cartagena, Medellin, and Mexico City. We also increased our concierge client base and coordinated monthly weddings in Cartagena, along with our first weddings in Medellin, solidifying our presence in the tourism market.
We strengthened our operations, expanded client services, and solidified our position as a trusted luxury travel concierge brand in Colombia and Mexico.

Two Travel is a luxury concierge travel agency operating in Cartagena, Medellín, Mexico City, and Tulum. We design and manage fully personalized trips, including villa rentals, boat days, restaurant reservations, nightlife hosting, transportation, tours, and real time on-the-ground support.
Our concierge service pricing depends on the trip length, group size. Our prices start at $100 USD per person and top off at $200 USD per person for a multiday custom stay, but packages for bachelor/bachelorette groups or luxury villa stays can also be created. After a short consultation, we provide a transparent custom quote.
Our concierge service includes:
- Real time on-the-ground support
- Custom trip itinerary creation
- Handle any and all questions and custom requests
- Restaurant, nightlife, clubs and bars, and beach club reservations
- Transportation coordination and logistics
- Pre stocking and restocking of Villas
- Activities + tours booking
- Full support during emergencies or last-minute changes
You can also add custom services such as private chefs, private security, boat rentals, photographers, in-home massages, yoga and salsa classes, wellness sessions, and more.
Airport transfers are not included in the concierge fee, but we can arrange private, safe, and punctual transportation for any group size at any time.
Our sweet spot to planning a trip is 2-3 months. This allows time for the draft itinerary to be created, reviewed and revised between our client and concierge team. That being said we have planned trips with 24-48 hours notice with flawless execution.
We accept all forms of payments in the US, Colombia and Mexico. You can pay via credit card and bank transfers in local currency, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. For large group trips or villas, we may require a deposit to secure your dates, followed by a final balance before arrival.
